COMPLETE WAXING SERVICES (7-3 1/2 hour classes)

ADVANCED PROFESSIONALISM (5-3 1/2 hour classes)

This class builds on what you have already learned in the Professionalism course. You will learn subjects such as Nutrition, Effective Communication, Conflict Resolution, and Stress Management. Proper Interviewing techniques, Resume writing, and important Financial Information is also discussed. Tuition includes a certificate of course completion.

MASSAGE FOR THE ESTHETICIAN (4-3 1/2 hour classes)

ANATOMY OF THE SKIN (1-3 1/2 hour class)

BASIC SANITATION (1-3 1/2 hour class)

Is cleanliness in your treatment room an important factor for your clients? Come learn how to properly clean and disinfect implements to remain in compliance with Utah State Department of Health and OSHA. Tuition includes a certificate of course completion.

HIGH FREQUENCY AND GALVANIC TREATMENTS (1-3 1/2 hour class)

ADVANCED CHEMICAL PEELS (6-3 1/2 hour classes)

INTRO TO CHEMISTRY AND PRODUCT INGREDIENTS (2-3 1/2 hour classes)

LASER & MEDICAL PROCEDURES (6-3 1/2 hour classes)
Tuition: $360

This course is highly recommended for anyone wanting to work alongside dermatologists and plastic surgeons. Not only will you learn safe pre-and post-operative treatments and medical chart writing, but also laser physics and the basics of non-surgical esthetic lasers. This course also includes a live demonstration by Rhett Millard from Syneron. Tuition includes a certificate of course completion.

MICRODERMABRASION ADVANCED COURSE (6-3 1/2 hour classes)
Tuition: $360.00

Course includes an overview of the various machines available; Recommended skin types and contraindications; Pre- and Post- treatment education for your client; Purchasing vs. leasing your equipment; Includes lecture, demonstration and hands-on training for each attendee. ADVANCED BODY TREATMENTS (3-3 1/2 hour classes)
Tuition: $180.00

Learn three of the most common body wraps: mud, seaweed, and herbal wraps. The instructor will demonstrate treatments so that you can do them with or without a wet room. This class features operation of a Steamy Wonder! Tuition includes a certificate of course completion.

CAMOFLAUGE MAKEUP (1-3 1/2 hour class)
Tuition: $60.00

This course is a must if you are working with post-operative patients. You´ll have no reason to worry when you have to cover rosacea, brusing, or even tattoos! This course utilizes Jane Iredale mineral makeup as well as the Dinair airbrush system. Tuition includes a certificate of course completion.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE (5-3 1/2 hour classes)
Tuition: $300.00

Lymphatic drainage massage is a necessity when working in the medical realm. This course provides a complete overview of the lymphatic system. You will learn specific protocols for massaging the face, neck, arm, leg, and abdomen. As always, tuition includes a certificate of course completion.

ULTRASOUND (1-3 1/2 hour classes)

If your clients can´t quite tolerate microdermabrasion, introduce them to ultrasound! An ultrasound machine offers a variety of modalities to enhance any treatment. This class will provide a basic understanding of Ultrasound theory as well as a demonstration of a typical treatment. Tuition includes a certificate of course completion.

PRACTICAL TEST REVIEW (1-3 1/2 hour class)
Tuition: $60.00

Don´t go to take your practical test without taking this class first. We will go over step-by-step of what to expect, so you won´t have any surprises. Also included in tuition is access to our comprehensive practical kit available to check out to take your test.

Each course will be Instructed by a member of the SkinScience faculty, with specialty instructors and guest speakers occasionally involved to offer further expertise.

Tuition for each course includes handouts, educational materials and supplies unless otherwise noted. Upon completion of each course, you´ll receive a certificate of course completion from The SkinScience Institute.
