Achieves weekly retail sales goals.
Conducts 25 -80 minute facials, complete with extractions, massage and appropriate product application.
Performs waxing services as listed on the brochure, following proper safety and sanitation guidelines, while delivering gentle guest service and detailed hair removal.
Conducts all treatments according to treatment guidelines while following draping policy.
Assesses and accommodate guest’s needs, inquiring about physical well being and perform appropriate service.
Educates and sells products to guests and Team Members.
Performs at least two guest contacts per month as business allows.
Maintains a clean, organized and safe working environment.
Abides by all California State Board of Cosmetology guidelines.
