The Sweet Spot, Seattles legendary sugaring studio renowned for exceptional customer service, seeks to hire smart, retail savvy licensed esthetician with sugaring certification & experience. Located in Fremont neighborhood, hip environment, great colleagues, cool music, great perks & benefits.

P/T but may lead to F/T in near future. Schedule will probably include some evenings & Saturdays

-Experience in performing the Advanced Sugaring Technique
-Competency in sugaring all areas of the body - including male & female Brazilians
-Ability to articulate different stages of hair growth, ideal time for hair extraction & why
-Explain the various pre & post products used for sugaring
-Attention to detail
-Integrity & Confidentiality
-Flexibility (including scheduling)
-Open mindedness
-Computer experience, basic data entry & ability to navigate salon software
-Team player
-Excellent communication skills
-Highly motivated
-Desire to work for small but rapidly growing company
-Adaptable & dependable

Duties include but not limited to:
-Sugaring male and female clientele
-Retail sales
-Educating clients about the sugaring process, hair growth stages, products we use, The Sweet Spot recommended after care
-Exceptional customer service, assist staff in providing a fantastic experience for all clients
-Assist team members in keeping studio clean and orderly
-Assist team with other tasks
