The Seven Club is a health and wellness spa and executive locker room catering to high-end clientele, athletes, and wellness-conscious guests. Located in Trolley Corners, directly east of Trolley Square, and directly below 24-Hour Fitness, The Seven Club offers a luxurious facility in a prime location. The highly professional team includes massage therapists, estheticians, a nutritionist, and a life coach.

We are looking for master estheticians who either recently graduated at the top of their class and come with a strong recommendation for their skills from an instructor or who have at least two years of experience working in similar environments.

The Seven Club offers the best of both worlds: a beautiful facility with all of the amenities, from luxurious robes to the steam rooms, plus much of the freedom that comes with being an independent contractor. Our professionals must be self-starters who follow-through and are not only willing to promote their practice, but go out there and build a client base. The club will support you with print materials, a membership base of potential clients, and marketing.

Our client is seeking a full-time, licensed Esthetician to join their team. This temporary to direct hire career opportunity, in a professional medical spa environment, offers 40 hours per week and benefits upon transfer to our clients payroll.

Responsibilities:
*Facials, microdermabrasions, light chemical peels, sugaring and waxing
*Skin care analysis and makeovers
*Product sales and client education
*General office procedures
*Experience with laser and/or eyelash extension applications preferred (but not required)

Qualifications:
*Licensed in the State of Wisconsin
*Energetic and Self-Driven

Therapists must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities and be willing to train in our
spas specific massage offerings. Therapists must possess excellent communication skills and
maintain their certification and licenses current.

Therapist must arrive at least 20 minutes prior to appointment.
Perform therapeutic massages within the time allotted for the service.
Provide consistent professional therapeutic massages in accordance with health spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
Effectively communicate and educate our guests with regards to specific wellness concerns.
Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered.
Actively promote the health spa, services and products offered, as well as programs or promotions available.
Handle guests questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
Possess ability to work without direct supervision.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.

Must have enthusiasm and posses excellent customer service skills.
Enjoy working with people and posses friendly and outgoing personality.
Must be a team player.

Must have minimum 2 years experience with a significant portion of experience dedicated to deep tissue work.
Additional experience desired in prenatal, sports, hot stones & neuromuscular modalities.

Estheticians must have a thorough knowledge performing skin analysis and ability to customize facials based on analysis. If not experienced with Naturopathica products,
be willing to train on this product line.

Estheticians possess excellent communication skills and
maintain their licenses current.

Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to first appointment.
Perform customized facials ranging from rejuvenating, age defying and back
facials within the time allotted for the service.

Provide consistent professional facials in accordance with spa protocols and accepted practices.

Effectively communicate and educate our guests with regards to specific skincare concerns.

Have complete knowledge and understanding of all facial services.
Communicate to management any issues that require attention.
Actively promote the spa services and products offered, as well as programs or promotions available.
Handle guests questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
Possess ability to work without direct supervision.

Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings.
