SPA ETIQUETTE
We recommend arriving ten minutes early to fill out the appropriate forms and receive your full treatment so as not to inconvenience yourself or other clients following you.
If you need to cancel or you are aware you might be late, we request a courtesy phone call informing us 24 hours in advance.
To receive follow-up treatments on your desired date, we also recommend that you schedule your next visit prior to leaving.
Please turn off all cell phones once inside the clinic area so as not to disrupt any of the services already in progress.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen personal items. We recommend that you leave all valuable articles at home.
Out of respect for other clinic patrons, please do not bring infants or young children.
