Hands-On Training
Students begin the program with focused, hands-on training designed to build strong foundational skills before working with clients. Training emphasizes technique, sanitation, safety, and professionalism through guided instruction, demonstrations, trades, and practical application.
During this phase, students learn and practice lash and brow services, facial waxing, client consultations, proper sanitation protocols, and product knowledge while building confidence and technical precision in a supportive learning environment.
Clinic Floor Experience
As students progress, training transitions to supervised clinic floor experience working with real clients. Students apply their skills in a professional setting, performing services, managing appointments, completing client consultations, and maintaining accurate charting and documentation.
This phase emphasizes client experience, consistency, time management, and professional standards, preparing students to work confidently in salons, spas, and specialty lash and brow studios upon graduation.
